Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to ensure consideration of architecture at all stages of the delivery lifecycle and input into architecture processes.
• Work with specialists to ensure advice aligns with organisational needs.
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure decisions are aligned with data architecture strategy.
• Contribute to the data architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps, including 'as is', 'to be', and transitional states for customers.
• Review and create data strategies that meet business requirements.
• Coordinate analysis, design, and modelling techniques to maintain data structures.
• Investigate complex enterprise data requirements.
• Manage data requirements and data models through their lifecycle.
• Plan data modelling activities, selecting appropriate techniques and detail levels.
• Guide clients on business, technology, and data decisions to ensure value and risk reduction.
• Understand client ecosystems and interdependencies.
• Contribute to architectural principles, policies, and standards.
• Develop policies and standards for data strategy development and planning.
• Ensure compliance with data modelling and design standards.
• Adhere to applicable standards (corporate, industry, national, international).
