This is an exciting opportunity within Data Analytics, where you can implement your ideas and see them come to life as part of a highly innovative team. Ideally, you will have a strong Data Analytics background with experience in GCP and Python. We are undergoing an ambitious transformation to build a robust in-house analytics team responsible for integration, modeling, prediction, and inference of customer quality issues using top-tier data analytics and machine learning tools. This team will develop and execute our analytics strategy, enhance our analytics capabilities, and solve complex problems. We are assembling a multidisciplinary team of analytics professionals from diverse backgrounds.

The role involves collaborating within analytics project teams and with various business partners. You will focus on creating data and systems architecture to meet business needs and maintain digital standards.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, no two tasks are the same. You'll manage multiple projects and build relationships across the business, offering career growth within an iconic organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines, models, and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Delivering financial value through analytics projects and enabling future technologies like GenAI & IoT
  • Managing projects using Agile/DevOps methodologies
  • Defining and implementing scalable, secure data architectures

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To succeed, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Python and GCP
  • Experience refactoring prototype data pipelines for scaling and automation
  • Knowledge of query optimization, efficient coding, version control, and collaborative development
