Qualifications

• Experience delivering data analytics within Financial Services.
• Ability to lead data analytics initiatives and teams.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytical tools; familiarity with AI-assisted capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex data analytics initiatives across major Financial Services clients, translating data into meaningful business insights and measurable outcomes.
• Apply predictive modelling, segmentation and risk analytics to solve client challenges, leveraging AI-enabled analytical techniques where appropriate to accelerate insight generation and support better decision-making.
• Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, delivering intuitive visualisations that enable business stakeholders to act with confidence.
• Interpret large, complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations through advanced analytical techniques, combining technical expertise with critical thinking and human judgement.
• Support the growth of Capco’s UK and Global Data Practice by contributing to innovation across analytics, AI and machine learning, sharing knowledge and encouraging modern, AI-enabled delivery approaches.
