Job summary

Betway is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to unlock the power of data and provide actionable insights across our Analytics & Insights team. You will build dashboards, models, and reports, partnering with marketing and other departments to measure campaign ROI and business impact.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL, and data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI, plus excellent communication to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numeric/data discipline or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in data analytics or BI.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI or other visualization tools.
• SQL skills to query complex data sets.
• Analytical and report development abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convey concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and peers.
• Ability to analyze large data sets quickly and accurately.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure.
• Passionate about Data.

Responsibilities

• Answer business questions from stakeholders across departments.
• Address analysis requests and deliver actionable insights.
• Build reports, dashboards, models, and proofs of concepts.
• Partner with teams to determine campaign effectiveness using data.
• Assist marketing to evaluate ROI and impact of acquisition efforts.
• Improve reporting flow and explain performance to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge on data & BI technologies and promote adoption.
• Stay up to date on latest technologies and best practices.
