Our client is a growing asset management house based in the City of London. An urgent need has arisen within their Proxy Voting function for a Senior Data Analyst.

The Senior Data Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

Running and streamlining the screening process using data manipulation (ideally through use of Power BI)
Providing support during voting season, including the management of special voting requirements
Carrying out the aggregation of investment holdings data for engagement-related client accounts
Collating high volumes of data in accordance with reporting cycles
Delivery of client-specific activity statistics
Managing stakeholders within client custodians, Middle Office and ESG teams
Continually improving processes and related process documentation through data manipulation and automation
General support on operating model and data governance projects

The Senior Data Analyst will meet the following criteria:

5-7 years’ experience managing ‘Big Data’ within an asset management house
Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce exposure is preferred)
Proxy voting experience within asset management
Experience in Power BI
Familiarity with key operational processes and data models
Strong experience in data manipulation within asset management
