Job summary

Aqilea in London is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across business functions, identifying strategic challenges and turning data into actionable insights that support objectives.

You will own end-to-end analysis from problem framing to data extraction, visualization, and presenting recommendations, collaborating with sales, merchandising, and other stakeholders, and contributing to the analytics community.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in a Data Analyst or related role.
• Experience in sales, merchandising domain is a must.
• Proficient in SQL for large data extraction, preparation and analysis.
• Excellent communication to translate complex data for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic challenges where data-driven decisions are needed.
• Turn data into insights and provide clear, data-driven recommendations for initiative teams.
• Apply advanced analytics to model, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to deployment.
• Own the full analysis process from problem framing to data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualization and presentation of results.
• Define KPIs and OKRs and maintain their visualisation for value reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to solve business challenges using data analytics.
• Work with sales, commercial and merchandising stakeholders across functions.
• Participate in the wider analytics community across the group.
