Job description

What you'll be doing

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and data pipelines to support clinical and operational improvements
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations for stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
• Collaborate with clinicians and internal teams to translate healthcare challenges into technical solutions
• Implement and monitor data quality, governance, and compliance practices in line with standards
• Build web applications and APIs to deliver model outputs, insights, or workflow tools
• Manage cloud-based platforms (Databricks, AWS), CI/ CD processes, and secure DevOps practices
• Contribute to system design and integration efforts with internal data systems

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics/ Data Science/ Statistics/ Computer Science or related studies
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, with leadership experience will be advantageous
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL; experience with Databricks and AWS preferred
• Skilled in data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire) and handling large healthcare datasets
• Familiar with LLMs, AI model tuning, and application in healthcare settings
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and web frameworks like Streamlit, NextJS, TypeScript
• Strong grasp of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Git-based development workflows
• Solid understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and project delivery
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
