Senior Data Analyst - £70k + Bonus & Benefits - Hybrid London

London – Hybrid (2 days Remote)

Are you a data-driven thinker who loves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights? This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing team focused on driving innovation, performance, and commercial success through data.

You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working across departments to promote a data-first culture and delivering insights that shape product, user experience, and business outcomes. This role also offers great scope to progress into a manager position.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver high-impact analysis that drives product and business strategy
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to monitor KPIs
• Identify data gaps and propose scalable solutions
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, supporting their growth and development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate insights effectively

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
• Expert-level SQL and experience querying large datasets efficiently
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong background in regression analysis, funnel, cohort, and churn analysis
• Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with DBT, GA4, or Python
• Background in building or enhancing commercial data products
