Job summary

Kin Group, part of Anderson Global, is seeking a Data Analyst to join a small data function in London with hybrid work up to 3 days remote. You will support an end-to-end analytics stack, collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Operations, and help automate reporting and data governance across the business.

You will contribute to data pipelines, build dashboards, and implement data quality controls while growing your experience from a junior role.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with SQL and Excel.
• Experience with dbt (Cloud), BigQuery, Hex, Fivetran, Postgres and Git.
• Experience delivering impactful dashboards and data-tools.
• Able to work autonomously with good communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and curiosity; ability to thoroughly explore data to understand issues.
• Team player with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle data requests and maintain data integrity across teams.
• Contribute to dbt models, tests and documentation for the data pipeline.
• Develop BI tools and dashboards for teams and managers in Hex.
• Support generation and automation of regulatory reports where needed.
• Assist in admin of data stack tools and governance practices.
• Undertake ad-hoc investigations and migrations as required.
• Assist migration from legacy tools and integration with other group systems.
• Support data governance and security initiatives across the organization.
