Job description

Morgan Hunt is working with a large public sector organization to recruit a Senior Data Analyst on a temporary basis to support impactful research and analysis for better customer outcomes.

In this role, you'll lead analytical projects across various regulatory areas, including:

  1. Analyzing the future landscape of the organization
  2. Supporting policy development
  3. Developing new statistical publications

You'll collaborate across teams, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and guide junior analysts on project delivery.

Essential skills:
  • Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in a numerical/statistical field
  • Proven experience delivering analysis in a policy or regulatory setting
  • Strong communication skills to explain data-driven insights
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and experience with large datasets
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/DataOps practices

Contract details: £300 per day, inside IR35, 6-month contract, remote working with attendance in Brighton office once every few months.
