THE ROLE

This is a commercially focused analytics role centred on maximising revenue and efficiency from large-scale survey operations. You’ll explore how clients engage with surveys and how respondents participate, using insights to optimise pricing, performance, and profitability. Expect to work on high-impact projects such as refining matching algorithms, adjusting incentives, and identifying opportunities to renegotiate contracts or tailor offerings across different client segments. The role involves business-as-usual reporting as well as advanced analytics, (think regression, clustering, and causal modelling), within a high-volume data environment.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Insights-focused analytics experience – reporting and commercial acumen
• Regular use of SQL and Python
• Experience solving optimisation business problems
• Strong communication skills and experience delivering to stakeholders
