Senior Growth Data Analyst

London - 3 days a week on-site

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Growth Data Analyst to take a central role in driving our growth strategy. You'll be a key member of the growth team, owning our growth model and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions across the business.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how we scale a two-sided marketplace—leveraging data to fuel sustainable, healthy growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve our growth model, helping us uncover key growth drivers
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven strategies and solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and experimental design to optimise performance
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Navigate and interpret marketplace dynamics to guide long-term planning

What We’re Looking For

• A strong record of solving business challenges using data
• Proven experience leading independent and cross-functional analytics projects
• Expertise in experimental design and impact evaluation
• Proficiency in SQL (Python experience is a strong plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
