Job description

Data Platforms and Engineering partner with all areas of the bank to deliver data solutions utilizing new technologies and strategies that underpin the Bank of the Future. We are responsible for developing key strategic data platforms that support and drive both business and regulatory outcomes. You will provide technical analysis support to help shape project delivery and ensure the integrity and enhancement of technical assets in the enterprise data space. Additionally, you will contribute to project shaping and provide valid estimates for the delivery of Data Solutions components.

What you'll be doing
  1. Requirement analysis on complex data-driven changes involving integration, data warehousing, cloud, and master data management technologies.
  2. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and find innovative solutions to improve Customer Experience.
  3. Produce data requirement specifications and process flows (business and data).
  4. Create source-to-target data mappings, including metadata.
  5. Support delivery teams to ensure quality delivery.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert, providing coaching, guidance, and support for complex projects, ensuring best practices, reuse, and agility.
  7. Translate complex business requirements into technical and design specifications.
  8. Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
  9. Produce source-to-target mappings and logical data models to facilitate database design.
  10. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to data analysis, preferably using Oracle database systems.
  11. Bonus (not essential): Experience with Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and understanding of Data modelling technologies.
