Role Overview

The successful candidate will support data projects, focusing on database development, data security, and documentation. Working closely with the data project team, you will help implement a new core platform and support the Finance Domain's reporting needs. Your role involves interpreting raw data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, with daily collaboration with the Data Architect, Head of Data and Analytics, and the Director of Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform advanced data analysis on large datasets to extract actionable insights.
2. Identify and interpret trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making.
3. Conduct analyses across the business, producing clear outputs and recommendations.
4. Create visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to find data-driven opportunities.
7. Translate business needs into technical specifications for data extraction and analysis.
8. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
9. Promote best practices for data management, storage, and security.
10. Work with IT and Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a senior Business Intelligence role, preferably in finance.
2. Strong SQL skills within reporting environments.
3. Proficiency with business reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, accurate work.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
