Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Canary Wharf, London. You will own analytics delivery, building a roadmap of BI solutions and governance to inform Capital Markets decisions. The role blends hands-on data analysis with stakeholder leadership in a hybrid setup requiring 3 days onsite.

You’ll work with Domo, SQL, and enterprise data sources to design dashboards, drive data quality, and present insights to senior leaders. Strong communication and ownership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience leading analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial services, capital markets, or fund administration background is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Domo (DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere) and data integration.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and enterprise integration.
• Excellent ability to present complex data to executives with clarity.
• Strong ownership mindset to manage multiple workstreams.

Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst within CSC Global Financial Services (GFS)'s Insights team will own the delivery of analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the business. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role requiring expertise in BI platforms, SQL - combined with the leadership ability to influence stakeholders, and drive data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Lead complex, cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights that inform commercial, operational, and financial decisions across the Capital Markets business unit.
• Independently scope, design, and deliver analytics projects from requirements gathering through to executive presentation - with minimal supervision.

Dashboard & Reporting Architecture

• Architect, build, and govern a suite of Domo dashboards and reports serving Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance - ensuring scalability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Define and enforce dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the Insights team.

Data Quality & Governance

• Define and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes across all analytics outputs.
• Document data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and team scalability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership - translating complex data into clear, executive‑ready narratives.
• Drive alignment on analytics priorities, manage competing stakeholder requests, and communicate timelines and trade‑offs effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record of leading analytics projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, or fund administration is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Domo - including DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere, and connector management. Power BI or Tableau considered in lieu.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data integration (SAP, NetSuite, Denodo a plus).
• Exceptional ability to present complex data findings to non‑technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Strong project ownership mindset - able to manage multiple workstreams, set priorities, and deliver without heavy oversight.
