Frazer-Nash Consultancy seeks a Lead Data & AI Architect to provide strategic technical leadership across its Digital & AI capability. This senior role shapes architecture vision for Data & AI, ensuring scalable, secure and reusable solutions aligned with governance and client expectations.

You will define standards, reference architectures and guardrails for analytics, automation and GenAI. Mentoring junior teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Data and AI architecture within complex or regulated environments ( Essential ).
• Experience shaping architecture strategy for analytics, automation, Generative AI and software-enabled products ( Essential ).
• Solid understanding of enterprise data platforms, integration architectures and modern Digital & AI technologies ( Essential ).
• Experience acting as a design authority, setting technical standards and assuring solutions through governance processes ( Essential ).
• Experience shaping architecture direction across multiple products, programmes or delivery teams ( Essential ).
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences ( Essential ).
• Ability to mentor and develop architecture, engineering or technical delivery capability ( Essential ).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership across Frazer-Nash's Digital & AI capability.
• Shape the architecture vision for Data & AI solutions and establish guardrails.
• Advise senior stakeholders on technology strategy, delivery approaches and investment decisions.
• Develop reference architectures, standards and governance for enterprise data platforms and GenAI solutions.
• Mentor architects, engineers and delivery teams to build capability.
