Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an engineering design delivery team.
• Strong knowledge in design of earth/concrete dams and hydraulic structures.
• Experience in the Water market is essential.

• Coordinate/manage engineering design work on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Produce and review technical deliverables like design reports and calculations.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and grow engineering capabilities within the team.
