Job summary

Insight Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to lead a large Delegated Authority portfolio within a high-performing Credit Control team in London. You will own end-to-end DA processes, ensure timely FDO signings, manage bordereaux settlements and liaise with Lloyd's brokers to resolve balances.

The role requires extensive hands-on Lloyd's DA experience, strong Excel (IF, Lookups, Pivot) and Power BI skills for portfolio monitoring, plus collaboration with underwriting

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in the Delegated Authority space within the Lloyd's market.
• Strong knowledge of the premium settlement cycle and bordereaux processing.
• Experience with IMR and binding authority documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills (IF statements, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and Power BI for portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own designated DA portfolio end-to-end and ensure timely FDO signings.
• Reconcile written and paid premiums to identify and resolve outstanding balances.
• Use dashboard analytics to track variances and monitor portfolio.
• Liaise with Lloyd's brokers on settlements and escalate terms of trade when needed.
• Collaborate with underwriting on problem accounts and remedial plans.
