I am actively seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM technical consultant with hands-on development competency for a fantastic opportunity with a globally renowned professional services organisation.

This role involves joining a collaborative development team and taking full technical ownership of my client's Dynamics 365 environment, with an interesting pipeline of upcoming projects.

My client has a main HQ in central London and operates a hybrid working model requiring occasional onsite presence (on average 1-2 days per week, with flexibility depending on project phases).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding technical business requirements and mapping processes and potential solutions in D365
• Hands-on C#/JavaScript programming—developing custom plugins and workflows
• Utilising Power Platform for low-code customisations—developing Power Automate flows and creating Power Apps
• Working on .NET API and integration projects

Skills and Qualifications

• A proven track record in the technical development of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM, including customisation and configuration of system features, creating custom plugins and workflows
• Diverse experience with a focus on D365 sales functionality
• Technical strengths in C#, JavaScript, and .NET programming
• Experience with Power Platform customisations—Power Automate and Power Apps
• Integration experience with .NET and Azure
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills—analyzing business requirements and designing system solutions
