Qualifications

• 5+ years D365 experience in a consulting or internal lead D365 role.
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues within Support Service Level Agreements.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident management.
• Provide consultancy services for User Acceptance Testing and Go Live services.

Skills

Microsoft exams qualified D365 F/SCM Finance Certified

Knowledge of Electronic Reporting

Tax Calculation Service

Global VAT / Tax knowledge

Wider D365 F/SCM functional knowledge

5+ years D365 experience in consulting
