Role Overview:

They are looking for a proficient Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Developer to join their expanding team. This vital role will involve improving their Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform applications, enabling them to deliver efficient and effective services. Your expertise will support the organisation’s operational needs and strategic digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and customize Dynamics CRM applications to align with organisational requirements.
2. Utilise Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, to design and implement effective business solutions.
3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for technical solutions.
5. Perform troubleshooting and optimisation to ensure the performance and reliability of the CRM system.
6. Proactively research and integrate new technological advancements to improve our systems.
7. Provide training and support to users to enhance their interaction with CRM and Power Platform functionalities.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Demonstrated experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer, preferably with Dynamics 365 CE.
2. Expertise in Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
3. Solid understanding of CRM customisation, including the creation of custom workflows, plugins, and dashboards.
4. Experience with integration of Microsoft and third-party services.
