Our Technology and Cyber practice is seeking an experienced Senior D365 CE / Project Operations Developer to join our team.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior D365 CE / Project Operations Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solution. This role requires deep technical expertise, mentorship abilities for junior developers, and a proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in migration projects, with opportunities to customize systems and explore different environments.

Responsibilities

1. Lead development and customization of Microsoft D365 Project Operations, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
2. Design and implement integrations between D365 Project Operations and other enterprise applications.
3. Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
4. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
5. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Project Operations and related modules.
7. Stay updated on Microsoft’s roadmap for D365 Project Operations and advise on new features and improvements.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Skills and Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in D365 CE or related Dynamics applications, with knowledge of Project Operations.
2. Expertise in C#, JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows/Microsoft Flow, Plugins, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services.
3. Strong understanding of project-based business processes, resource planning, and financial management within D365.
4. Experience integrating D365 with external applications using OData, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps.
5. Proficiency in Dataverse (Common Data Service) and solution management.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
7. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
