Job Description:

Our Technology and Cyber practice are looking for an experienced Senior D365 CE / Project Operations Developer to join the team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 CE/Project Operations Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solution. This role requires deep technical expertise, mentorship abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in this migration, with opportunities to customize and optimize the system across different environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead development and customization of Microsoft D365 Project Operations to meet business needs
  • Design and implement integrations between D365 Project Operations and other enterprise applications
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Project Operations and related modules
  • Stay updated on Microsoft’s roadmap for D365 Project Operations and advise on new features and improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Skills and experience required:

  • 5+ years in D365 CE or related Dynamics applications, with knowledge of Project Operations
  • Expertise in C#, JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows/Microsoft Flow, Plug-ins, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services
  • Strong understanding of project-based business processes, resource planning, and financial management within D365
  • Experience with integrating D365 with external applications via OData, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps
  • Proficiency in Dataverse (Common Data Service) and solution management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
