Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of the Focus Cloud Group, is seeking a senior delivery professional to lead Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform initiatives in a hybrid London role. You will guide clients, run discovery workshops, shape solution design, and mentor a delivery team across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to optimise Microsoft AI capabilities, Copilot, and Office 365 integrations while contributing to pre-sales and bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients when projects need direction.
• Lead discovery workshops, redesign business processes, shape solution design, and mentor consultants.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery leaders, and architects to maximise Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI capabilities.
• Support pre-sales, influence solution strategy and help win new projects.
