Job summary

Anson McCade is recruiting a Senior Cyber Security Transformation Manager to lead cyber strategy and transformation programs in the UK. The role focuses on advising on risk, governance and security architecture, delivering maturity assessments and regulatory-compliance initiatives for major public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber strategy, risk and transformation.

• Experience in cyber maturity assessments.
• Experience in security reviews and risk management.
• Experience across public sector, defence, financial services or enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
• Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF, GDPR and NIS2.
• Desirable: cloud security, vulnerability management, threat management or IAM.
• Desirable: CISSP, CISM, CISA, M.Inst.ISP or equivalent.
• Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Develop cyber security strategies and transformation roadmaps.

We are an established technology consultancy with a growing Cyber Security practice, and we offer the opportunity to work with major public and private sector organisations helping them develop cyber strategies, manage cyber risk and deliver secure digital transformation programmes. This is a permanent Senior Cyber Security Transformation Manager role based in Central London on a hybrid working basis, with a salary of 90,000 GBP. We work closely with executive stakeholders, security teams and delivery partners to provide strategic cyber security advice, improve cyber maturity and support organisations in meeting regulatory and business objectives.
