Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in Bristol, England, is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to lead advisory work across customers. You will perform cyber vulnerability analysis, audits, risk modelling and scenario planning to strengthen security postures.

Apply ISO27001/NIST frameworks, MITRE ATT&CK, and secure by design principles, while engaging stakeholders at all levels. The role is permanent, 37 hours weekly, primarily on-site at Corsham/Bristol with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security vulnerability, risk, audit & compliance.
• Understand relevant NIST frameworks and ISO27001 standards and how to apply in practice.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and secure by design principles.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Leading cyber security vulnerability analysis and audit processes to support business planning.
• Generating business models and materials for operational cyber security and planning.
• Leading cyber exercise scenario creation and related security posture assessments.
• Provide a clear picture of maturity and risk exposure to cyber security for multiple domains.
