You will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping clients understand and manage cyber risk across their operations. You'll assess threats, design pragmatic security solutions, and shape governance frameworks that enable secure business transformation. By applying a balanced, analytical mindset, you'll ensure every solution aligns with client objectives while strengthening their security posture.

You'll collaborate across CGI's 360° security network, working alongside specialists in risk, resilience, and technology to deliver integrated, high-impact outcomes. Supported by a strong professional community, you'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives, influence strategy, and continually develop your expertise within one of the UK's most respected cyber consultancies.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise & Lead: Provide expert cyber security consultancy across complex client environments.
• Assess & Protect: Evaluate risk across business, operational, and technical domains.
• Develop & Implement: Design security policies, frameworks, and control measures aligned to standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CAF).
• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with clients and CGI teams to drive secure change and operational resilience.
• Evolve & Mentor: Support knowledge sharing and guide colleagues in developing their cyber expertise.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Exceptional planning and communication skills are key for this role, and you'll have knowledge of security standards and processes such as ISO 27001 standards, (NCSC) CAF, Cyber Essentials, NIST and Cyber Essentials/Plus. We'll also look for your experience in:

• Developing cyber policy and procedures
• Data protection and privacy
• Security change management
• Understanding business continuity resilience and incident response
• Networks, core infrastructure and systems

Desirable qualifications include: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCP
