Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Cyber Security Architecture team in the UK. You will define and deliver security architecture artifacts across platforms, shaping future security strategy and guidance for Vodafone.

You will mentor security architects, oversee tooling roadmaps and ensure security controls are embedded in large programmes across environments, with a focus on proactive threat modelling and policy development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security architectural frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF).
• Certifications: CCSP, CISSP, ISSAP or equivalent.
• CCP in Security Architecture or Risk Management is desirable.
• Cloud security qualifications (Azure, AWS, Google) are advantageous.
• Experience across DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices.
• 5+ years experience in Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop team of Cyber Security Architects to embed security into solutions and drive artifact delivery.
• Define, promote and maintain global security policy, standards and security blueprints across programs.
• Be a decision-making member of the Cyber Architecture Review Board.
• Oversee security across environments, platforms and enterprise systems; define target architectures for cyber tooling.
• Own HLDs for cyber tooling; contribute security requirements to large programs.
• Lead development and maintenance of security tooling roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Conduct threat modelling to apply security controls proactively.
