Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking an IT Policy & Controls Manager to design and run the methodology for IT security controls across the organisation, reducing risk in an agile environment. You will align CHARM and cross‑functional teams with our cyber and technology strategies, guiding control ownership and governance across markets.

With 10+ years in IT security, you’ll translate complex risk into practical processes, partnering with Cyber Security, Privacy and Audit functions, and contributing to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT security experience in complex environments.
• Familiar with security risks and controls and capability to design and operate control methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001 processes is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT control framework aligned with Cyber and Technology strategies.
• Document and update control methodology; define effectiveness criteria.
• Guide staff on methodology and best practices; drive improvement.
• Lead cross-market governance and risk inputs; support audit actions.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Privacy, Corporate Security, and risk management.
• Support CHARM framework maintenance.
