Job summary

The role requires deep incident response expertise, hands-on forensics, and strong written and verbal skills, with readiness for on-call rotations and collaboration across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in security roles including SOC/incident coordination.
• Experience with SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel) and incident response.
• Ability to liaise with Legal, Data Privacy, and Risk Management.
• Willing to be on-call outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cybersecurity incidents across time zones.
• Serve as liaison to businesses and information security teams and external parties.
• Engage with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management contacts.
• Drive integration with other incident management programs for consistency.
• Lead process improvement and maintain incident response playbooks and knowledgebase.
• Develop scalable response operations and update the global incident response plan.
• Draft communications and reports for leadership during events.
• On-call rotation participation as required.
