Job summary

Tribal Group is seeking a Senior Customer Support Consultant to join the SITS team, supporting Higher Education customers with statutory and student system tools. You will provide technical and operational support via telephone, email and remote assistance, guiding the team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will develop expert knowledge of the SITS product suite, champion best practices, and contribute to documentation and continuous service improvements within a collaborative

Qualifications

Experience in the Higher Education sector.
Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
In-depth knowledge of Tribal’s SITS system, preferably the admissions module.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer incidents across phone, email, portal, and user groups, with SLA/KPI adherence.
Deliver exceptional customer experience with proactive updates and clear progress.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.
Develop expert knowledge of the SITS product suite and act as trusted advisor.
Promote best practices for SITS usage and drive continuous service improvements.
