About You...
  • Experience in Customer Success, Client Service, or similar in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, KPIs, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships, onboard clients effectively, and manage client health with senior stakeholders.
  • Basic video editing skills using Synthesia platform.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
