Your Skills:

The Senior Customer Success Manager Role:

We seek a high-performing Senior Customer Success Manager to build, support, and grow relationships with enterprise clients across North America, the UK, and Europe. This role involves partnering directly with senior finance and credit executives and reporting to our US-based Chief Revenue Officer. It’s a strategic, commercially driven position owning the entire customer journey—from onboarding to retention and expansion—driving growth and measurable impact.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Loves building long-term client relationships based on trust and results
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing decision-makers
  • Flexible to align with EST and PST time zones
What You’ll Own:
  • Manage and grow enterprise US client relationships as their trusted advisor
  • Lead onboarding, training, and implementation to drive adoption
  • Monitor client health, identify risks, and deliver strategic Success Plans
  • Partner with Sales to drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of growth
  • Log insights in HubSpot for team alignment
  • Build relationships with senior finance and credit stakeholders
  • Champion client feedback to improve the product roadmap
What You Bring:
  • 6+ years in Customer Success within fast-paced SaaS or tech environments
  • Proven success managing enterprise B2B accounts
  • Commercially minded with a knack for spotting opportunities
