Job description

Our mission at Cloud Cycle is to reduce global CO 2 emissions by 1% and save the construction industry billions of pounds in the process. We are making this huge impact by helping concrete suppliers deliver better quality concrete with much less waste.

At Cloud Cycle we are pioneering a data-driven technology platform that provides key insights to enable personnel in the global concrete supply chain to make informed decisions that drive quality and efficiency.

We are approaching our Series A funding round and have won several large government grants to support our product roadmap and R&D pipeline. We are scaling rapidly, and we need capable, creative, passionate, and motivated individuals to be a part of the Cloud Cycle mission.

The Role

This is a mid-level role reporting to the Leadership Team with opportunity for growth into leading the Customer Success function.

  1. Supporting our CEO during the initial sales process
  2. Representing the company to customers
  3. Negotiating, arranging and managing pilots of our technology
  4. Providing training and demonstrating the value the system can bring to our customers
  5. Identifying champions within our customers' user base and supporting them
  6. Identifying customer needs to drive additional feature and product revenue
  7. Notifying customers of changes and guiding them through new features of the product
  8. Representing Cloud Cycle at industry events and conferences
Required Skills
  1. Experience with the construction industry
  2. Experience selling products to ready-mix concrete producers
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with our customers
  4. Highly competent with computers and Office applications, able to train and support others
  5. Able to prepare reports and understand data provided by the Data Science team
  6. Able to prepare plans and schedules
Beneficial Skills
  1. An additional language, ideally Italian, French or Portuguese
  2. A technical background in data or materials
Package
  1. Salary for this role is in the range of £65-85k plus an equity component dependent on experience.
  2. The role is hybrid with minimum two days per week in our central London office.
  3. Travel around the UK and in Europe is very likely.
  4. Includes 25 days annual leave.
