Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Services Coordinator to join their well-established Administration Team. In this front-line role, you’ll support the Office Manager and Department Heads while acting as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors. Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and managing the full order-to-delivery cycle.
  • Handling customer inquiries and managing orders, pricing, and stock levels.
  • Building relationships with key clients.
  • Processing orders using our accounting system and maintaining records.
  • Coordinating with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Supporting reporting for financial and sales teams.

Participate in a structured development program to enhance skills in sales, purchase ledger, credit control, and administration, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales with quotations, orders, and shipments.
  • Managing product pricing and updating customer discount structures.
  • Responding to customer queries regarding pricing, delivery, and order status.
  • Collaborating with credit control and assisting with order dispatches.
  • Handling after-sales processes, stock checks, and documentation.

About You:

We seek someone confident, reliable, with a strong administrative background in a busy office environment.

Ideally, you will have:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or basic accounting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with accounting systems (SAP preferred, training provided).
  • Familiarity with CRM and customs, VAT, excise rules.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
