Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + discretionary annual bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sunday, and 7:30 am - 3:30 pm on Monday - Thursday
We have a fantastic opportunity for a company in Manchester for a switched-on Customer Service Advisor. The role is permanent and will be on a hybrid basis (so you must be within commutable distance to Manchester) and will be an admin-focused position looking after guests of our client. This is a great position for an internationally recognized company that offers excellent opportunities for progression.
- Booking taxis
- Organising catering
- Transferring calls to relevant departments
- Customer service experience (essential)
- Experience within luxury goods, hotels, or professional customer service (preferred)
- Within commuting distance to Manchester (essential)
- Language skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are preferred but not essential
