Job Title: Senior Customer Services Agent

Location: Manchester – hybrid

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sunday, and 7:30 am - 3:30 pm on Monday - Thursday

We have a fantastic opportunity for a company in Manchester for a switched-on Customer Service Advisor. The role is permanent and will be on a hybrid basis (so you must be within commutable distance to Manchester) and will be an admin-focused position looking after guests of our client. This is a great position for an internationally recognized company that offers excellent opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Booking taxis
  2. Organising catering
  3. Transferring calls to relevant departments
Requirements:
  1. Customer service experience (essential)
  2. Experience within luxury goods, hotels, or professional customer service (preferred)
  3. Within commuting distance to Manchester (essential)
  4. Language skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are preferred but not essential
