We are working with a well-established business who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their growing operations team. This is a fast paced and critical role where you will oversee one of the busiest areas in the business, managing customer queries and coordination. As part of a close knit office team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while helping to drive internal efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering advice to ensure a rapid resolution.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, keeping them updated.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Support the wider team during holiday cover and peak periods.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the Office Supervisor as needed.
