We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation in the training and education sector for a Senior Customer Relations Coordinator. This is a varied role combining high-level administration with client relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support across training and apprenticeship programmes
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, learners, tutors, and awarding bodies
  • Manage course documentation, reports, and key project timelines
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Prepare client reports and assist with invoicing and cost tracking
  • Support new tutor recruitment and onboarding
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
