Medtronic is hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist responsible for overseeing and designing the support programmes and platform all across the customers’ journey within Medtronic therapy, in collaboration with stakeholders across Medtronic Diabetes, including teams at Global, regional and country level.

In the role, you will be committing to key support programs for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA), as part of the EMEA Diabetes Patient Marketing Team.

A Day in the Life
• Build, manage a first-in-class Customer Experience that makes the difference regarding our support programs
• Gather regular feedback and ideas to create new opportunities
• Manage relationships with cross functional, transformation and country teams
• Design, deploy programs and initiatives on a Medtronic diabetes device
• Develop marketing assets to promote programs and initiatives
• Present new materials and initiatives to internal stakeholders, collaborate with external agencies to ensure material accuracy
• Optimize, create support programs
• Enhance the culture of “Putting Patients First”

Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in digital channels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong project management skills with high adaptability to change.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Accountability, excellent collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of working within a multicultural environment and a matrix organization.
• Hands-on attitude to engage with other teams to improve and develop items needed for the engagement of our patients on our therapy.
• High motivation, self-management skills.

Nice to Haves
• Fluency in another European language.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Experience in committing to multiple projects, coordinated at the same time.
• Knowledge of Medtronic Diabetes devices.
