AXA Health is seeking a proactive marketing professional for a 12-month fixed-term position. You'll lead annual marketing targets, deliver strategic initiatives, and enhance customer experience by leveraging insights and stakeholder engagement.

Are you passionate about revolutionising customer marketing activities? Join AXA Health on a 12-month fixed-term contract. We're looking for a proactive, insight driven professional to shape and deliver strategic intent for Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations (CEMO) audiences.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring that insight and data underpins everything we do, working closely with our wider CEMO teams, to provide shape and framework.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead the delivery of AXA Health's annual marketing targets.
• Set and shape the correct approach for each of our underlying hypothesis.
• Support the step-change required, increasing our contribution to both business and customer.
• Deliver integrated initiatives, such as new feature launches, mandatory activities and special projects.
• Enable insights across a variety of methods, including campaigns, influencing key stakeholders and helping support the increase in customer satisfaction.
• Be a confident communicator, creating strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain clear communication, simplifying complex proposals.
• Bring in high quality external thinking.

• Marketing experience of delivering alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities.
• Passionate about using insights to act and do things differently.
• Presentational and engagement skills, ability to adjust style to situation and audience.
• Solid commercial understanding, ability to work in partnership with wider stakeholders.
• Excellent storyteller, able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Understanding of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, professional in your approach.
• Track record of seeking excellence in the service we can provide to our customers.
• Confident in being able to use metrics to assess success.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
