Overview

Reporting to the Senior Global CRM Manager, Senior Customer Insights Analyst supports the wider Retail, E-Commerce & Marketing teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights across many areas of the business, analysing sales, behaviour, customer and performance marketing data. This role requires a self-starter with a can-do attitude to setting up processes, drive a test and learn culture and someone who can be an ambassador of data and insight driven decision making within the team. The role will involve turning data from multiple sources into valuable insights, enabling key stakeholders to make informed, data-led decisions.

Your Mission:

  • Create compelling and effective dashboards and reports that help track performance and support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with various teams by providing insights and analysis on customer data, optimising target audience and value proposition to maximise customer value retention and campaign ROI. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data in the business

  • Support conversion optimisation efforts through ideation and testing strategies borne from actionable insights.

  • Identify ways to improve analytical procedures to improve agility and efficiency through the automation of reports.

  • Provide accurate sales and product reporting on a regular basis, with narratives on trend.

  • Provide analytics support to ongoing projects.

  • Deliver results and analysis to a broad audience.

  • Drive a test and learn culture, being an ambassador of data and insight driven decision making. This involves designing hypotheses and tests to allow for measurable results, delivering forecasts, measuring the outcome and relaying recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Your Talent:

  • Degree in Maths, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.

  • Experience with analysing large data sets, identifying insights, trends and opportunities in a retail company.

  • A natural problem solver with the ability to dissect complex business problems and find innovative ways to deliver a solution.

  • A strong communicator, simplifying complex data into compelling and insightful stories.

  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations in a structured and clear way using data storytelling and visualisation tools.

  • Team player who is proactive, thorough, detail-oriented and organised

  • Able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders from across the business

  • Strong analysis and SQL abilities using Big Query or similar, with the ability to program using Python, R or similar.

  • Strong experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Experience with Power BI or other relative visualisation tool.

  • Proficiency withExcel and PowerPoint.
