Job summary

La Fosse are exclusively working with a leading UK healthcare provider and are seeking a commercially-driven data analyst to support clinics in delivering outstanding care and growing business capabilities.

You’ll analyse full lifecycle client data to identify opportunities to improve retention, optimise marketing investment, and deliver clear insights to marketing, finance and head office teams. Strong SQL and Power BI experience are essential; Python/Azure exposure is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL experience with large datasets.
• Able to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.

La Fosse are exclusively working with a leading UK healthcare provider, heavily investing in their in-house data & insights capabilities and looking for a commercially-driven data analyst to support their clinics in delivering outstanding care and continue growing the capabilities of the business and head office functions, such as marketing and finance.

You’ll play a key part in analysing full lifecycle client data, helping to identify opportunities to improve retention, optimise marketing investment, and support clear, actionable insights in a business that really make a difference.

You’ll be a business facing analyst with strong SQL experience, confident working with large datasets and BI tools (they don’t mind which however they use Power BI), happy working across and advising technical and non-technical teams, with any exposure to Python or Azure (Synapse) being nice to have but not essential.
