The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Client facing (Front of house) – Based at the site in Tooting
- Carrying out Quality Inspections / Snagging
- Carrying out Home Demos
- Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
REQUIREMENTS
The desired candidate will ideally have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Care capacity. They will also ideally have ‘hands on’ experience of the following:
- Home Demos
- Quality Inspections
- Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
- Base salary of between £40,000 – £45,000
