ABOUT THE ROLE

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  1. Client facing (Front of house)–Based at the site in Tooting
  2. Carrying out Quality Inspections / Snagging
  3. Carrying out Home Demos
  4. Managing a 2-year post-sale handover period

REQUIREMENTS

The desired candidate will ideally have at least 5 years of experience within a Customer Care capacity.
They will also ideally have ‘hands-on’ experience of the following:

  1. Home Demos
  2. Quality Inspections
  3. Managing a 2-year post-sale handover period

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

  • Base salary of between £40,000 – £42,000
