Overview

Senior Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum, driving up standards, and ensuring an outstanding student experience. Reporting to the Deputy Group Curriculum Director, you will:

  • Lead and manage Maths courses and operational delivery within the Directorate.
  • Teach between 288-400 hours per year, with flexibility to support across campuses.
  • Carry out line-management duties, including staff development, performance reviews, and classroom observations.
  • Support curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and student progress.
  • Deputise for the Deputy Group Curriculum Director when required.
Role Requirements
  • Qualified: Hold a relevant degree or professional qualification in Maths or a related subject, and ideally a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experienced: Substantial teaching experience with a strong understanding of curriculum development, quality assurance, and student engagement.
  • Leadership-Ready: Able to manage staff performance, support development, and lead curriculum teams effectively.
  • Strategic & Organised: Skilled in planning, budgeting, and using data to drive improvements.
  • Committed to Inclusion: Understand and actively promote Equality, Diversity, and Safeguarding in all aspects of the role.
