Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd is seeking a CT technician to support the Computed Tomography Department in inspecting, QA and validating components. You will help drive performance on track and contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturing process validation.

You will complete CT scans, produce reports, and discuss results with the team to ensure high-quality data aligns with delivery timelines and engineering goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in operating CT scanners and evaluating CT data.
• Ability to write clear, detailed technical reports.
• Experience with Nikon CT equipment is desirable.
• Familiarity with VGStudio Max is advantageous.
• Knowledge of other NDT methods is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments with deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete CT scans and evaluations of parts in line with processes and acceptance standards.
• Produce technical reports of CT data.
• Communicate findings and engage in broad discussions around results.
• Work as part of the wider team to ensure CT systems run lights out, delivering high quality data in line with timelines.
• Support department goals in best practices and processes to be world class in all areas.
