Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd is seeking a Senior Operative for our Computed Tomography (CT) Department to ensure the quality and performance of components supporting our racing operations. You will operate CT inspections and help validate manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

You'll analyse CT data, produce concise technical reports, communicate findings to engineers, and support automated CT operations to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CT scanning equipment in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of CT data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical reports and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and delivery are critical.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) inspections in line with defined procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse CT data and produce clear, accurate technical reports.
• Communicate inspection findings and contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving activities.
• Support automated and lights-out CT operations to meet manufacturing and service deadlines.
• Promote best practice and help maintain world-class quality standards across the department.
• Play an active role in driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
