Job summary

Quantum Motion in London is hiring a Senior Digital Designer (Front‑End & Back‑End) to drive ultra‑low‑power cryogenic digital control sub‑circuits for scalable quantum processors. You will lead RTL development, Verilog‑AMS co‑simulation and full tape‑out signoff across the full design cycle.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of hands‑on digital/mixed‑signal IC design and at least two tape‑outs on advanced nodes.

Qualifications

• Education at advanced degree level in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of digital/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Tape-out experience on advanced semiconductor nodes.
• Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog for RTL development.
• Experience with Verilog-AMS/SystemVerilog-Real-Math for co-simulation.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal verification tools and flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTL development and Verilog-AMS co-simulation.
• Oversee physical implementation (PnR/CTS) and low-power synthesis.
• Perform MA/MCMM STA and tape-out signoff.
