THE COMPANY

Harnham have partnered exclusively with this CRM agency on a Senior CRM Strategist role that has come about due to them winning some exciting new business over the last few months!

THE ROLE

As a Senior CRM Strategist, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Working on a variety of different client accounts to deliver targeted, and data-driven CRM strategies
• Working closely with Insight Analysts internally to acquire the relevant data for your strategies
• Showing an understanding of the data to make recommendations to clients
• Mentoring junior strategists on projects
• Utilising your insights experience to tell a story with the CRM data

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a strategy-focused role, focusing on CRM or Performance Marketing is needed
• Storytelling skills are essential
• Agency-side experience is a plus but not needed
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
