1 day per week in London or Basingstoke
We’re working with a leading UK consumer brand at the forefront of an exciting digital transformation. They are investing heavily in CRM, Loyalty and Data and are looking for someone to lead on the CRM strategy and manage 3 direct reports.
You will report into an impressive Head of CRM & Loyalty and you will define, plan, execute and report on the CRM performance. You will work alongside key leaders across the business to build and own CRM programmes that deliver measurable financial benefits for the company and great experiences for their customers that helps to build customer loyalty and lifetime value.
